Teflex anti-saltUsed for the purpose of degreasing and salt/dirt deposit removal from concrete, bricks and metal surfaces. For both internal and external surfaces.

Type: A polymeric composition
Purpose: For concrete, brick and other surfaces with absorbing ability for removal of insoluble salts, grease and dirt and for washing facades before painting.

Application on other surfaces - you should first consult the manufacturer.

Properties
Appearance: A homogenous, transparent liquid. May contain deposits.
Density: About 0.85g/cubic centimetre
Colour: From colourless to light beige
pH: 5.8 – 6.2
Structure: Polymeric composition; antiseptic; non-ionic surfactants; a mono methyl ether; propelyene glycol; solvent=water.

Teflex anti-saltSafety precautions: Keep away from children. Do not inhale. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. More detailed information can be found on the MSDS sheet.
Storage: The bottle should be kept airtight. Period of storage = no more than 3 years.
Waste Management: Materials remaining after use may be disposed of as building waste or household waste.
Substrates: Brick, concrete and plaster surfaces.
Preparation of substrate: Clean surface with a wire brush. Ensure prepared surface is dry through use of a gas torch or hot air blower.

Processing: apply by brush or spraying at 150ml/m2. Optimal protection is a 250ml/m2.
Temperature of processing: 25 degrees Celsius minimum (recommended between 50-60 degrees.
Drying: at 25 degrees. Partial drying occurs at 45 minutes for the first layer. After this, wash surface with water.
Washing of facades: Apply to surface using a sprayer. Allow to dry then rinse with water.
Removal of insoluble salts: Smooth surface using a brush or emery cloth. Dry surface with gas torch or hot air blower. Apply Teflex Anti-salt, allow to dry for 20-30 minutes and then rinse with water. The surface may then be painted as required.

ATTENTION: Do not use Teflex Anti-salt with lime based coatings as it can reduce viability of the coating.
For Washing Cars: Dissolve three capfuls of Teflex Anti-salt to one bucket of water. Apply for 2-3 minutes and then rinse off with water.
