Teflex
Anti-Mould is designed to kill mould and to
prevent recurrence of mould, algae and other
micro-organisms on wood, concrete, brick and
any other absorbing surface.
It may be used in all premises with high humidity
(bathrooms, cellars, utility rooms, saunas,
etc), in industrial buildings, children’s play
areas, and anywhere that can benefit from safe
disinfection.
It is recommended to apply
Teflex Anti-mould at all stages of construction
and property repair. It may also be added to
cement, mortar, plaster and water soluble paints.
It has good adhesion properties and weather
resistance and can be painted over with water
soluble paint.
Teflex Anti-mould comes in
containers: 1l, 3l, 5l, 10l and 200l
Type: A water-based antiseptic concentrate,
building disinfectant.
Purpose
Teflex Anti-mould can be applied to protect
and treat wood, concrete, brick and surfaces
with good absorbing ability.
Properties
Excellent protection against bio-contamination.
Good weather resistance. Easy to use. Good adhesion
to all surfaces. Long-lasting effect of disinfection.
Works well with water soluble paints. Can be
mixed with cement, mortar and plaster – building
in protection and acting as a plasticiser.
Structure: Antiseptics – a complex of guanidine
copolymers. Solvent=water. pH is 7 (neutral).
Density: 1.1 g/cubic centimetre
Packaging: 0.33l, 1l, 3l, 5l, 200l
Colour: Transparent, yellowish
Safety precautions: Keep away from children.
Do not inhale. Avoid contact with eyes and skin.

Storage: The bottle should be kept airtight.
Period of storage = no more than 3 years.

Anti-mould Application Instructions
Substrates: Wood, concrete, rick and plastered
surfaces should be clean and have good absorbing
ability.
Preparation of substrates:
New wood- sand in direction of grain and ensure
removal of any surface deposits.
Old wood- sand off any dead surface material
until healthy wood is exposed.
Brick/concrete- clean with a wire brush and
then dry with gas torch or hot air blower.
Apply Teflex Anti-mould by spraying or brushing.
Use dilution rates as recommended by manufacturer
(1 Teflex : 9 water).
For disinfection of air use dilution rate 1
Teflex : 99 water).
Application: 150ml per square
metre dependent on surface of application. Optimal
protection gained at 250ml per square metre.
Temperature: Air and surface temperature should
be not below 5 degrees Celsius. Preferable temperature
is 15-25 degrees Celsius.
Drying: at 20 degrees. Partial drying occurs
at 45 minutes for the first layer. Apply 2nd
layer after 3 hours and a third at 5 hours.
Waste: Treat as household waste.
